To Psaraki was created by Thanasis and Angeliki, inspired by a love for honest, simple food rooted in tradition. With over 20 years in the culinary world and multiple awards for Mediterranean cuisine, they envisioned a return to the essentials — fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and heartfelt hospitality. Our menu follows the seasons and the soul of Santorini. We highlight the island’s iconic produce — cherry tomatoes, fava, capers, and white eggplant — as well as lesser-known treasures like round zucchini, kardamida, katsouni cucumber, and fresh peas. Every dish honors the island’s rich character — pure, flavorful, and true. Enjoy your meal — from our table to yours!

    Highlights:

Fresh Local Seafood – Delivered daily by trusted local fishermen

Farm-to-Table Philosophy – Based on Santorini’s seasonal and organic produce

Celebration of Local Ingredients – Featuring cherry tomato, white eggplant, capers & more

Award-Winning Mediterranean Cuisine – With over 20 years of culinary excellence

Skip the overcrowded tourist traps in Fira and Oia and taxi to this gorgeous spot for a wonderful seafood meal. The view is spectacular and the fish couldn’t be fresher. We enjoyed everything including chatting with Angelos.

Our favourite restaurant in Santorini; we came on the recommendation of our hotel when we asked where we could enjoy the best fresh fish and were told this was the place to go - we were not disappointed. The tables have a wonderful view overlooking the busy marina and harbour. The menu is fairly priced and the staff are very efficient and friendly. If you wish to eat the freshest fish, you are invited inside to the chiller drawers where you can chose fresh whole fish and choice cuts. My wife and I chose a whole red snapper one day which was perfectly grilled and on our second visit we enjoyed an Amberjack fish steak which was fantastic. If you don’t want a bottle of wine, the house white wine by the glass or carafe is light refreshing and we liked it a lot. The restaurant opens for lunch at 1.30pm and it’s worth booking a table in advance of your visit.

Decided to grab lunch here after visiting the tomato paste museum down the hill. I ate way too much food and didn’t regret a single thing. The cod in the mustard wine sauce was so delicate and delicious. I am still dreaming about the sauce as I write this from New York City weeks later. I also got the Santorini grape tomato and goat cheese salad and bread which was served with tomato paste. Everything was so fresh and delicious and I’ll be serving tomato paste with a touch of olive oil during thanksgiving. What a brilliant combo

Delicious dishes, especially the orzo with seafood and spaghetti with shrimp. But the cherry on top was the beautiful view. Perfect first lunch on the island if I may say so myself. The staff was friendly and energetics as well!

This was one of our favorite meals in Greece. The view of the harbor is lovely, the waiter was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend taking them up on the offer to go into the restaurant and select a fish to be grilled. They fillet it for you with a lovely sauce. The sea bass ceviche was fresh and lovely. The baklava to end the meal was delightful.
