9 months agoNice restaurant, especially if you want to taste traditional Greek food and enjoy the sunset! The lady that served us was very kind and smiley! Definitely one place we loved and we recommend if you are in the area!

8 months agoStopped off here after visiting the lighthouse for the sunset because of its great reviews and it didn't disappoint. Can recommend the veal meatballs and the lemon chicken, as well as the pita, olives and tzatziki. Proper homemade food, family run, excellent customer service and good prices, highly recommended! 🍔🥤

7 months agoWhen I first approached Faros Santorini, the calmness embraced me like a soft breeze from another world. It felt like the ending scene of a beautiful film — when all the worries fade, everyone gathers, and pure happiness fills the air. The lady who welcomed us was kind, graceful, and warm. Through her gentle manner and heartfelt communication, I felt as if I were visiting the home of an old friend I had known forever. I ordered the cheese pie, salad, and moussaka — each dish carried the taste of care and tradition. Every bite was a memory, every moment a quiet poem. This place will stay in my heart, forever tied to the colors of the Aegean sunset. Thank you for everything. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, Φάρος Σαντορίνης. 🇬🇷

9 months agoA must do if you are looking for authenticity in Santorini! Maria, who speaks all the languages (at least i heard her speaking English, French, Italian and Greek) is preparing real Greek food at reasonable price. We have been eating there everyday during three days and pretty much tasted all the menu. Everything is great! This is a family business and they also have vineyards. They sell the white for 28€, which is reasonable for Santorini. Their white wine is really excellent. It is round like a Viognier and then has the butter taste of a south Burgundy Chardonnay..but it is none of them, this is a Santorini wine which is made 50 meters from the restaurant. My only regret is that I did not buy more bottles to bring back to France… hope to come again. In the mean time, I would like to thank Maria for the great dinners and breakfast that we had at her place and her sons for being perfect trainee waiters. We wish you all the best!!

a year agoWe came here for breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. The food is home made and truly delicious, our host was gracious and very kind. The scenery is amazing and the property is beautiful. The products in their shop are mostly locally made and we bought a bunch of them. Finally and most importantly they have a donkey they adopted because it has a handicap, he’s super friendly and they even gave me food to feed him! A beautiful experience, so glad we stopped!
